Project Overview
At The Slanted Door, executive chef Charles Phan continually marries contrasting ideas into one soulful result.
Upon entering, guests are met with a stylish and modern leather seated lounge that is softened with velvet drapes and warm wood tables set against the Bay Bridge. The food is traditional and comforting Vietnamese cuisine that has been infused with a French influence and aesthetic.
This redesign explores the concept of mixing a clean and modern layout with colors, textures and type that recall warmth echoing the essence of The Slanted Door.
