About the Client
Pantone's colors give life to our ideas. The Pantone Matching System takes color in its very basic form of pigment and organizes it into a cohesive, standard system used by creatives worldwide.
It's the definitive international reference for selecting, specifying, matching and controlling ink colors.
The Challenge
Pantone wanted to initiate a campaign that thanks its audience for making their color system the standard.
The Solution
Raw color is undeniably inspiring for people who like to make stuff. The concept behind this campaign was developed upon viewing the beautiful images of pigment in an Indian bazaar.
Not having access to actual pigment, flour was used instead for creating letters and piles of color. The copy is a play on "a figment of your imagination".
Inspiration is further encouraged with the mailer than includes a box of Pantone crayons! Take a break from work and be a kid again.
